A neat tool but needs few improvements
First of all, the tool has the most neat design & features. Kudos to the design team! But there are few bugs & the support isn't what's being promised i.e "Live Chat". There's no live chat & the support isn't much useful with the requests.
Why should you buy this tool?
1. If you your entire client base & you deal in the same currency, this tool would be great as it doesn't have an option to have different currency for different invoice.
2. The design is neat & trust me when I say it as it's the best design in an invoice SAAS.
3. The invoices come out to be too damn professional.
What sucks?
1. If you send an invoice to a client, the heading has a test "InvoiceQuick - A Free Invoice Generator". I certainly don't want to promote the tool so much if I'm paying for a tool. Would have preferred, "InvoiceQuick - INV001" i.e the invoice number in heading.
2. Flexible currency option i.e an option to change currency for different invoices & see my expenses on dashboard in my preferred currency.
3. The support is bit clueless!
4. There's no product roadmap or plans of development available for the users to actually rely on the tool in long term.
5. As soon as I sign up, I got an email from a guy named Alex who said at the bottom of the email "He actually reads every email & replies to it so needed suggestions". But he didn't reply to my requests.
I so want to use the tool but the lack of trust on the product's roadmap has have me confused.

I have talked with our Development team and here are some exciting news:
1. We have changed this! "free invoice generator" has been removed and the new invoice title will be live on Monday.
2. Changing currency has been added to our product roadmap as urgent and this feature will be implemented by the end of the month.
3. We also have some exciting news here, we have hired 7 new support agents and our response time is back to an amazing < 2 hours. Live chat support is also available Monday to Friday, 9-17h EST
4. You can see an overview of our product roadmap on the main website page and we are working on a public roadmap :)
5. Similar to number 3, a new support team is here and we are serious :)
