I've Got High Hopes
Upon redeeming this deal, I was instantly impressed with the UI, UX and welcome email. It all felt very professional unlike some newer or lesser-known tools out there.
So far, from testing the estimate and invoice features internally, it looks like it'll be a solid tool for long-term use. Of course, the real test will be how it performs when I begin using it for clients; I hope not to have the glitches and issues I've had with similar tools.
Don't see any real "cons" as of yet, although there are several features that would be useful to have in the near future. These include:
* Auto-addition of late fees
* Allowing clients to change quantities, select items/tasks, or choose packages in estimates
* Ability to add custom sections to estimates (so that everything isn't crammed into the line item description box)
* Connect bank accounts to automatically import income and expenses (a rules feature such as what QB has for automatic categorization would also be helpful)
Lower priority features would include:
* Convert to recurring invoice (in addition to the existing convert to invoice feature)
* Block or enable partial payments across all available payment methods
* More customization options
Looking forward to seeing how the InvoiceQuick team will further develop this tool!
