2. Most invoices have Quantity, but I don't need that. Can I change a column--like Quantity--for another one that I need, such as Vendor?

1. We support both USD and MXN — you can set the currency per invoice from the invoice builder. We support 150+ currencies.
2. The quantity column can't be hidden as it's a standard invoice field (defaults to 1), but you can change units to hours, items, etc. Each line item also has a description field with rich text (bold, italic) so you can include extra details like vendor info there.
3. Yes — in the invoice builder's totals section, you can add extra fields with a custom name and value, e.g. "Card fee": 3%.
