Q: Code not working

Hi I am an app sumo customer of yours. I have tier 2 which allows me 3 companies, yet when i add the 3rd company it says code is invalid. I have reached out to you twice on your chat online and each time i am yet to receive an answer. I am hoping you are at least monitoring the App Sumo platform.
