Q: Customer Portal Access

Hi,

This looks great - and having purchased, it's definitely a great platform.

Question:

1. When inviting a customer to their portal, we notice that the email received has an "accept invitation" button sent as "Invoiless", and takes the customer to an Invoiless login page. Obviously, as our customer doesn't have an Invoiless account, they can't login to their Customer Portal with us. If they click "register", then of course they are immediately subscribed to a new Invoiless trial account, but never actually arrive to their Customer Portal with us. So - how is this resolved? Obviously, when we create a customer portal, and invite them, we are not interested in them going to an Invoiless login page, but rather to their customer portal with our company.

Any way to resolve this? The workflow seems broken for that at the moment.

A: Hello!

Let me clarify the two available options:

- Customer Portal with Invite (requires registration): This is what you've experienced, where customers need to create an account.

- Public Customer Portal (no registration needed): This option allows direct access via a generated link, which you can share with your clients or embed anywhere.

For your needs, I recommend using the Public Customer Portal option. Simply generate a public link and share it with your clients—they'll have immediate access without any registration required.

visuals of the difference between both Portals, so we can see the differences the clients would be seeing - and what the public portals look like overall?

Also - will Forms or Calender ever be added as features to this platform?"

When will the mobile app(s) be updated (Going on a year, with nNO updates...)
