Q: I am considering buying this, but your lack of response to bad reviews makes me think twice

Hey guys,

I am actually thinking of buying this, but there are multiple reviews which are blatantly saying not ok. - Mentioning crashes, lack of support, branding, etc. I am happy for your positive reviews, but the bad reviews - and moreover - your lack of response to them make me think twice. Could you please respond to them with anything else than - "we ve got you covered" and actually addressing their painpoints? That would really reassure my buying decision.

A: Thanks for raising this.

On support response times: we're a small team and handle tickets in order, typically within 1-3 business days. Some negative reviews come from timing expectations — if you email on a Thursday during a busy period, you might not hear back until Monday or Tuesday. Also, no-context tickets like "I need help" or "it's not working" require back-and-forth, which can stretch resolution to a couple of weeks. You may also get a reply within the same day — it depends on the volume we have.

On crashes — we fix bugs as they're reported. After Invoiless v2 launched, we saw more reports because it was a major redesign — those have been resolved and it's stable now.

We're not perfect — sometimes we miss a reply or need extra time to reproduce an issue. If that happens, just follow up and we'll sort it out.
