would like to know if these things are an option using iOS or Android Mobile Apps:
1) Take a Photo of the receipts using phone camera
2) Automatically segments based on the vendor, type of expense, month and year etc..

Also if these things can be achieved using Computer:
3) whichever view I would like to see based on the segments
4) There should be a way to search the receipts based on vendor or type
5) users given only rights to add receipts and nothing else
5) pass all the data to Accountant later from all the scanned receipts in pdf format or xlsx

And which tier will allow these functionalities
