Last year, I invested in two accounting software solutions for my businesses. I got Akounto, which allowed for unlimited accounts, and wppacks, also with unlimited accounts. Unfortunately, Akounto has completely shut down, and I've lost all my account data! As for wppacks, there’s no support for the WordPress plugin, either. Overall, I've faced a loss of about $600. I'm really eager to know if your company can provide a guarantee of long-term support — how many years can you promise?
