Good Product, Horrible Service

So i left 5 tacos, when i initially purchased the software. However ive decided to amend my rating to 1 Taco due to the absolutely horrible service. The problem started when I used my 3rd code on my 3rd company and decided to amend it. so i deleted the company and created a new one. The code on my new company didnt work. So now i was stuck with only 2 company codes. Like most if not all software when you buy 3 codes you can use it for 3 companies. I sent multiple requests to Ay (founder) on his chat on his site. I never got any response as he doenst seem to monitor his own chat service. It took me 2 weeks of follow up with no response. Then i posted it as a question, in App sumo and also asked App Sumo to help me get in touch so we can simply assign the code to the company. Ay came back with a meaningless answer, at which point i responded and asked for further clarification, he again didnt respond. From there even App Sumo thought it was clear that i wasnt asking for anything over what i had paid for. Again they jumped in and he gave me a non sensical answer of he cannot assign my code "so as to be fair to everyone". Not sure what his made up policy came from, but I think that you should be aware of companies like this. As long as you dont need the support the product is good but should something happen, you should know what you are getting into. It has been my experience on App Sumo that most founders are trying to get some good feedback, make a little money, iterate and hopefully turn their software into a lasting successful company. At the heart of this is CUSTOMER SERVICE. When a client asks you to fix something in their account they shouldn't chase you. When you respond you should be gracious to your client and try to help, especially when its a quick fix that costs you nothing. Thats bad service, bad business and lacks professionalism.
