I purchased the Invoiless LTD through AppSumo and then discovered that the AppSumo bundle does not fully cover the white-label experience I expected.

After that, I had to pay an additional €15 directly through Invoiless for the White-Label Dashboard add-on. Even after configuring the custom domain, custom SMTP, logo, favicon, brand colours, and appearance settings, the system still exposed Invoiless branding in client-facing areas.
For examples:
Invitation emails still showed Invoiless branding.
The invitation email text still said “Join [company name] on Invoiless”.
The invitation/acceptance screen still displayed Fully Invoiless Branding.
The dashboard and client-facing flow didn't feel like a clean white-label product, even a little bit...
Support kept replying with generic instructions 1-3 days, not including weekend, stop sending email, if I continuing sending support ticket or emails they telling '....will result in restricted support access.' then they continuously guiding me with generic instruction how to go to Settings > Appearance, even though I had already done that and provided screenshots, and many proofs. Their Support through basic navigation explanations written with AI, trying to convince you 'You couldn't find the settings.' The issue was that the white-label setup did not remove branding from key client-facing flows, even with additional payment in their app.
When I requested a refund for the separate €15 white-label add-on payment made directly through Invoiless, the merchant refused and referred to their terms without trying to help me personally. The replies felt generic and didn't properly address the actual screenshots or the real limitation of the product. Even I tried few times to upload real recording video, but something goes wrong with the uploading process.
The product may work for basic invoicing, but the white-label offer and client invitations, and client to open invoice is weak, struggled and misleading in real practice. Thankful to AppSumo I'm glad that you save us in that kind of deals and allow us to test new market product.
So, Invoiless App does not deliver a fully clean client-facing experience and smooth automation process. Actually I can set any white label there to be honest...
To the Invoiless Owner I not recommend to use generic AI answer, if you wanna keep serious long term customer. The App work, partly, I cant recommend Invoiless for white-label usage or trust flow logic if you relying your clients to have smoothly payment journey...
And to whom reading this - If you need a serious white-label client portal or invoicing system, be careful. Test everything before relying on it for clients. And I appriceated platform like Appsumo.
