Isla gives a structured way to receive the requests and respond to them in a clean and minimalistic manner all in a single dashboard, this is a huge time saver and hope the team looks into provided filter for sorting the requests by user and by default show the completed requests as well instead of being hidden and the filter option is unchecked, look into having the template embed and the ability to be used within the WordPress itself without having the users create a full-fledged account on isla, The good thing is the founder is very open to feedback.
