Terrible product:
1) it's not true that I download from various sources, with Facebook it gives me an error
2) Every time you need to download in the original format and then do any conversions (useless waste of time) given that there are already some software whose names I won't name for seriousness, in which you just need to click BEFORE downloading if you want the mp4 format (in the various possible resolutions), whether mp3, whether lyrics or all together.
3) what literally pissed me off was that I didn't speak English, to open a ticket I used a translator wasting my time translating my message and they replied.... hold on tight IN CHINESE
I will ask for a refund
