Q: Apparently the AppSumo purchase was for the "Standard" license, but I can't even use Standard features. Help!
I loved this app since I first got it. However recently it was updated, and now I'm locked out of most of the useful features. When I check out the upgrade tab, it seems to be telling me that I need to upgrade from the free account, but dig deeper and my AppSumo purchase seems to be for the Standard license. Yet even those features seem unavailable to me. What's up?
I'm experiencing difficulties accessing iTubeGo's support site and Facebook page as I'm unable to get assistance with downloading issues for quite some time. I hope iTubeGo can look into this matter and resolve the accessibility issues with your support channels. Can Appsumo help contacting them as there are also others who have encountered downloading issues.
