You tube was fine; Spotify worked, but I didn't realize it

I did a few YouTube downloads and wa getting used to the way it worked. Then I tried a Spotify playlist. Although it warned me it might take a while, it didn't seem to be doing anything, although I saw activity in Task Manager. There were no tracks appearing in the folder I had specified. Cancelled after probably an hour. (There were about 50 tracks in the playlist, maybe an hour's listening, as I recall.) Restarted after dinner and I forget why I looked (or how) but found the tracks in the depths of my computer in AppData. Plus there were duplicates from the first attempt. I don't know if they would have been moved later to another part of my file system. I dislike programs using AppData for anything more than housekeeping, because it's on the SSD in my system, and real-estate is scarce on that drive. So more feedback while it's running, so I know what's happening, please. Also, I saw that Spotify download is a separate program within iTubeGo - that wasn't clear to me. I don't know if the setup (target folders etc. in one arm work for both. I'm sure I'll figure it all out eventually, but a bit more info for a first time user would be great. But it did the job so far.
