Q: Do you have "ready made" clauses for companies that are in the web hosting business?

Generally speaking, a web hosting business is an e-commerce business selling services online, with the following peculiarities:
- On the privacy side, you'll need a clause on how you process any data that's hosted on your service
- On the terms and conditions side, you'll want to make sure that – besides the standard e-commerce clauses – your clauses on limitation of liability are complete
As-is, our solution will get you 95% of the way, but if you feel like you need to add extra clauses other than those we already have (which will likely be the case for the first of the two items above), you could:
- Consult a lawyer of your choice or one from our directory of partners
- Request the clause to be added by our team by inquiring to our customer care
Needless to say, don't take this as professional advice, only as some suggestions based on our experience :)
Hi! We don't have specific generic clauses for companies in the hosting business but we do have clauses for all major hosting providers in our Generator (such as Firebase Hosting, MS Azure, OVHCloud, SiteGround hosting and many more).
We also provide a feature to allow our users to draft custom clauses to be added in their legal documents as explained here: https://www.iubenda.com/en/help/386-how-to-add-a-custom-service-and-customize-to-your-needs
