Q: I find the licensing confusing, the Pro vs Ultra.
So if I understood this right, EACH WEBSITE will consume a minimum of 5 licenses, considering that is that it takes to have access to the T&C which is pretty much what EVERYONE needs, EU or not.
Correct?

The generation of privacy policy and cookie policy for one website/app, in one language, uses 1 license, while the generation of terms&conditions, privacy policy and cookie policy, for one website/app, in one language uses 5 licenses.
The generator of Terms and Conditions requires more slots than the generator of privacy and cookie policies because is a highly sophisticated tool that requires a lot of work from our legal team in terms of updates and reviews.
To discover when terms and conditions are needed, check out this guide from our documentation: https://www.iubenda.com/en/help/2859-terms-and-conditions-when-are-they-needed

Hi,
Is there a scenario for a website not to need a T&C?
The terms are generally not legally required (like the privacy policy), but it is essential for protecting your interests as a business owner.
We highly recommend generating terms and conditions when dealing with e-commerce websites.
