Your product is GREAT, but it can be AMAZING!!!

THIS PRODUCT can become a REAL competitor to Shopify and to get there it needs to address VARIANTS.

In Shopify, you can have 100 variants and 3 customizable options per product, "And they can be modified."

Let me explain.

In the Options' section of the Add product page, the product has options, like size or color, but they're customizable. Yours does not have the same option. Hard for custom order retailers. With issues like increasing the demands on the supply chain at a time when the industry is navigating labor shortages, material supply issues and transportation cost and congestion challenges a lot of retailers have moved into a CMT system where manufacturers cut the fabric, make the clothes as per the design, which greatly reduces the need for inventory.

Example:

In Option name, enter a name for the option, for example Size. Customers see this name.

In Option values, enter each option value in a separate field, for example Small, Medium, Large. Customers see these option values when they choose a variant.

If your variants differ in more than one way, then click Add another option. You can have up to 3 customizable options for each product.

As you add the product options, a list of variants appears. Uncheck the boxes next to any combination of options that you don't sell. You can also add prices, SKUs, and barcodes for individual variants, or use the defaults based on the product details.

Optional: Add a different product image for each variant.

With your variants the store owner only gets 2 options and one of them can not be edited, which makes the process extremely frustrating.

Solution 2: Use a product options app.

A much easier way to solve this is with a Shopify app. There are many apps that will allow you to add additional product options, not only variants.

This option is easier for your customers to select the option directly from the collection page rather than needing to click through to another page first, especially if it’s a visual option.
