Q: Do you offer any document - Privacy Policy, T&C, or other - that implements the new *Standard Contractual Clauses* of the GDPR?

A: Hello and thank you for your question.

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are one of the mechanisms that can be used to transfer personal data from the EU to third countries to ensure that there are adequate safeguards in place. It is not necessary to implement SCCs in the privacy policy as you ask, but instead it is required for a data controller to ensure, in case of a data transfer to a controller outside the EU, that the transfer in question is carried out on the basis of this standard.

Using our Generator with Internal Privacy management enabled (included in the 3 codes deal) you can specify for each service you add to the privacy policy if there is a data transfer outside the EU and if this transfer is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses.
