In other words: Will my clients i am reselling to have their own login-area where they can setup their website on their own or would i myself have to setup everything and change in the future if something changes?

Regarding your second question: at the moment you have to generate the documents in place of your clients but I'm glad to inform you that we are about to launch a new multi-account feature that will allow giving your client access to your iubenda account so they will be able to manage their documents autonomously.
