Yes you can delete your current iubenda account, then you can go in and create a new iubenda account with a different email address to then redeem the new AppSumo code or codes that you just purchased to take advantage.

I do want to note that if you are deleting a iubenda account that has a current subscription, it will go into a grace period so you may need to use a new email address for the iubenda account you are creating at first as the grace period can be quite long. Then later once the deletion fully completes you can then change the email address that you attached to your new iubenda account.
