So, overall I have nothing against the iubenda product or the deal itself. It works, it's easy to implement, it's good deal...except ONE BIG THING:

If your company is located in the EU or the website/app/etc has visitors from the EU you are under the GDPR, which requires to not only show the cookie banner but to actually record, store, manage, and allow to withdraw the consent. Without this functionality, the cookie banner solution is utterly useless, and you are absolutely vulnerable to fines and lawsuits by the appropriate bodies.

iubenda does have the Consent Solution, of course. At a nice separate charge of $39 USD a month. Again, without this, all your "fancy" cookie banners are useless, as you are not fully compliant with the GDPR.

So if you only need to generate and maintain Privacy Policy and Terms of Use documents, by all means, go ahead and use the service -- it's a great product.

But if you are looking to comply with the GDPR, the deal and the basic plans are not for you.
I'd add to say that the deal is MISLEADING, as they lead you to believe that you will get the GDPR compliance with the deal, which is not true. They know it, and they specify it on their GDPR page as well https://www.iubenda.com/en/gdpr
