Q: Payments

Does the lifetime offered here in AppSumo also include the payment capability? Does it correspond to a specific tier from your website? (Essentials, Growth or Agency)

A: Hi there!

The 3-code AppSumo license is equivalent to our Elite Lifetime plan, meaning any future features or improvements we introduce to Elite Lifetime will also be included in the AppSumo license.

Hello, I bought Ivy Forms mainly for its Amelia integration. At the moment, though, the form can only be filled in before the appointment is booked. That hurts the user experience and noticeably reduces how many people go on to complete their booking. I built a website for a spa, where collecting waivers is an everyday task. We need clients to receive the form after they’ve completed their booking, so they can fill it in at their own pace any time before their appointment (for example, via a link in the confirmation email), with the responses linked to that booking/customer. Is this possible now, or is it planned? Also, a public roadmap like Amelia’s would be really helpful, so we can see what’s coming. Thanks!
