Im looking for a form builder that enables data collected in one form to populate another and then ideally to layout the information on a pdf. I would also want users to be able to input multiple answers to a question in one form and then select one or two responses to populate a second form. Would your software allow this?

Here's where IvyForms stands today. We don't currently support populating one form from another, and we don't support PDF generation. Checkbox and multi-select fields let people choose multiple options, and we plan to add a repeater field. Multi-page forms and conditional logic can also show or hide fields based on earlier answers within the same form.
The plugin also offers webhooks, Zapier, and a REST API, which may help with parts of this. For potential workarounds, please reach out to our support team through the contact page (https://ivyforms.com/contact/), and they'll tell you what's realistic for your setup.
