Bought tier 5 for my team, we used Jamy fully. then they changed their plans. No longer would Jamy join meetings automatically (required paid upgrade), no longer could i invite manually (Required Paid Upgrade). Support was un-helpful. seems that this was a waste of my money, and a true bait and switch.

autojoin hasn't worked in months, entire app has been buggy and unusable as well.

They have stopped supporting the product and even though we have unlimited lifetime access, started charging.

Lately:
1. I no longer can access the meeting schedule, all meeting record must be using instant meeting.
2. I no longer can rename the meeting names.

Are those downgrading actions for App Sumo LTD users?

If I could give this 0 stars, I absolutely would. Jamy.ai has pulled a silent shutdown. The platform has been completely unresponsive and broken for months.

I spent a considerable amount of time setting this tool up and giving the team the benefit of the doubt to fix early bugs. Instead of updates, the founder completely ghosted the community. Support tickets go completely ignored, their social media channels are dead, and no one is answering across any communication channel. Even AppSumo had to put out a warning about them months ago.

Because of their sudden abandonment, I was forced to migrate my workflow to a monthly paid alternative just so my business operations wouldn't be affected. Save your time and your money. The developers took the cash and walked away.
