I want to love this... but
I want to love Jem.social, but the credits are not well thought. Credits are not enough and they are the same no matter what tier you are on which make no sense. After a couple of days of light use, my credits are gone and I can't use this product anymore.
My suggestions are:
1. Increase the credits or change the credit system so the platform is usable.
2. There are 3 tiers; increase the allowances depending on the tier.
3. Increase other allowances like number of concurrent autopilot campaigns.
There is potential here but you need to think how you can help brands get bookings. If you restrict the use of the platform to a couple of days a month brands are not going to adopt the platform. Find a balance between guardrails to ensure sustainability and adoption.

Edited Aug 31, 2026Thanks for taking the time to lay this out, and for wanting to love Jem Social. Three things are coming that should help:
1. Direct links to a creator's social profile, so you can check their content before spending anything.
2. A new basic profile view for just a fraction of a credit, showing as much as we can about a creator up front, so that qualifying someone stops eating your allowance. A full credit should only go on someone you've already decided you want.
3. The ability to buy more credits as you go, so you're not waiting on the monthly reset.
All three are close to shipping and we'll update here as we go. Separately, we'll look properly at your point on allowances differing by tier. Thanks again for the detail, it genuinely helps us build the right thing.
