Account turned to free

Question

I have purchased the deal in 2021 and i have been using this since then. Suddenly my account has been downgraded to the free tier. When i contacted their support they told me that i do not have a paying account. What should i do to reistate my account to the Pro level as it used to be? They have done the same thing to my account. I used to have the Pro plan, now it\u0027s the free plan.
