I won't go through the branding issue which all of the reviewers are talking about. There is a way to work it around. Also, their team support is very good. They can help you out but as the reviewers pointed out, they sometimes get lost while chatting but they eventually will help you resolve the issue.

# The Issue #

I would like to point out the important security issue which I believe no one has talked about. I am a bit surprised about that.

They don't have Two-Factor Authentication for the account security which is just unbelievable. I never thought before purchasing that this would be the issue as I thought the brand of this level would already have implemented this as a priority feature.

I talked with their team and again was surprised to know that, they don't have any roadmaps to make the 2FA settings. Strange. But they said they will make it to their to-do-list, which I believe may not be implemented, so I posted the review, so they might take it a bit seriously.

# For Product #

No complaints. I have read all the reviews and understand the frustration of my fellow sumolings but it's their product and they have provided a fair deal for us.
