Great for Small Teams

I run several online businesses with a VA. With Jiva, we can now have a central inbox to check all the emails from different domains clearly labeled by the custom Channel name we created. An agent can simply accept the chat (email) and assist the customer.

The reason why we chose to test out JivoChat...

We are mainly using Loop (past appsumo deal) along with Live Agent (another past appsumo deal) and were on the hunt for something similar to Loop. JivoChat might be the answer. Because when you have VA, you want to upgrade to something that will minimize onboarding time.

So far, it is working out beautifully. Once we are 100% comfortable using Jiva, we plan to migrate fully.

And the reason we are looking to move away from Loop & Live Agent as follows.
Loop app is slow and takes forever to open and load messages. Sometimes the messages show up in our Gmail but not in Loop.

Live Agent is not user-friendly and onboarding takes time.

I wish Jiva had a better knowledge base as we found it a bit complicated to get started. but customer support was fast to answer questions, though at times the customer support was more interested in ending the chat than providing real helpful information.
