Jivo Rocks!!!
We started using JivoChat 3 days ago, and I love it.
Sadly, the decision to keep the solution doesn't rest on me alone.
Normally, when we are trying out a new solution, we use it for a couple of days and get feedback from our team individually.
Before now, we use the free Tawk.to and we have made attempts in the past to switch to other Live Chat solutions with lifetime deals which we eventually abandon and return to Tawk because they are missing some critical features we get from Tawk for free especially:
1.Ability to see our clients’ messages as they type so an agent can get start preparing a response and cut down on wait time.
2.Ability to see a client’s navigation history and be sure the client is following the right steps.
So this morning, I requested feedback from our team and the consensus was that we are keeping Jivo.
Everyone loved it, no exception.
I drilled further to find out why and here is the summary of the responses I got.
1. Jivo supports navigation history and the ability to see our client’s messages as they type (just like Tawk).
And then, it has these extras:
2. Ability to edit already see messages (this is gold).
3. Conversation History: We get to see a returning client’s previous conversation history. This helps a lot when a new agent is attending to a pending issue. It totally eliminates the need for the client to re-explain the issue.
4. Voice Notes (is didn’t even know of this, but one of our teammates was blown away after he received a voice note from a client explaining in details what he needs assistance with without all the back and forth)
5. Team Chats with support for file sharing.
6. Telegram & Facebook Chat.
