Have been using and tried other similar tools. Jivochat brings in great value that shouldn't be missed, if you need such solution, at least give it a try. It already has rich features, that rather than listing it here, anyone can easily check it out, and most importantly that the features are working well.

Looking at the roadmap, they are still trying to improve with more features and integrations, which is excellent.

I hope that the website widget can be customized much more though.
