Jivochat surely checks almost all of my needs of a live chat app. A lot of integration with other apps/ tools like texts, telegram, whatsapp, email, Apple business chat, WordPress, Zapier, Zoho CRM, Slack, etc. which are awesome. Other than that Jivochat also has a nice UI/UX on their website, which is one of the most important things I see when I check an app. Bad UI/UX shows a lack of attention to details and shows less attention on user experiences. I love the interface of the app as well, although there was some confusions about the time setup that required me to set it up a few times.

Pros:
- A lot of integrations like I mentioned above
- Beautiful and functional UI/UX
- CRM feature that could be so helpful to manage and give follow up to the customers
- Teammates: I like it because we can add some teammates to help manage the follow up to customers
- Statistics: that makes it easier for me to monitor the performance of the live chat with the customers in order to give a better service.
- Visitor details, like location and IP address, that gives more information about the visitors. So I know where my visitors access my website.
- Apps across multiple devices: I like it that Jivochat has apps that can run on multiple devices, so I don't have to login to the website to response

Cons:
- Chatbox need a more modern look (UI/UX). I would love it to happen in the near future, so Jivochat can look as good as the current design style.
- WhatsApp: Actually I expected that we just needed to connect our WhatsApp account to Jivochat as easy as connecting Facebook Page account, however it still needs to connect to third parties like Twilio and mfms that apparently cost some subscription fees, which is kinda a deal breaker for me, because one of the main reasons I bought this app, because I wanted to utilize this WhatsApp feature. I really hope that integration with WhatsApp can be done in a much more simple way without relying on third party.
- Lack of customization for the chatbox. I hope that Jivochat can allow us to use custom logo for the chat icon on the website, and be able to remove Jivochat branding. I am not against Jivochat, but it would be much better if the chat box cleaner that gives less distraction.

Overall I like the app, and hope that the team will hear us for a better satisfaction.
