I've been using a few live chat platforms in the past (GetGist, Replain, Continually); most were very technical and hard to set up. Some, not very user and team-friendly.

I took a leap of faith, tried Jivo's free plan, and instantly fell in love with how easily I could set up all my channels (Messenger, Telegram & Live Chat). Heck, I can respond to all 3 channels in a simple dashboard!

The setup took less than 15 minutes, and I straight away onboard my team.

It was only then I found another gem in Jivo, the internal team chats feature.

I can easily discuss with my team using Jivo, no need to change to another platform such as Slack, WhatsApp, or Discord.

After a few hours, I tried installing Jivo's mobile app, and it was awesome! Now my team & I can easily respond to our customers using our mobile phone.

Now I'm hoping that this deal can be stacked to remove the branding (not a deal-breaker for me, but I would really love to invest more in such a great product).
