Thank you for coming to AppSumo. Within 10 minutes after purchasing last night I fixed my FB Business Suite headache with my inbox on our android apps that we experienced for a couple weeks (on iOS it is ok this time). Anyway, I was eyeing JivoChat since it came to AppSumo but I did not pull the trigger as I already have another solution for LiveChat. However, due to my issue with FB pages, I just gave JivoChat a trail and I was very impressed. This is definitely a mature product, not a startup that you would have to wait to mature to use. This morning I migrate my teams here to handle all the pages and inbox that we handle. Everything was quick and smooth. We all love it. The teamchat and built-in CRM are very useful. There are no obvious bugs that I see as we tried to stress test it. JivoChat is ready to use out-of-the-box product. I would say it is an Enterprise Grade product that is perfect for SMEs. No delay when using Mobile app as we did the recommended setting on our phones as JivoChat's onboarding suggested. The documents are great with all the necessary info.

Regarding the branding that many people complain, I have no issue. It looks ok for me, and it seems fair to promote them with such a no-brainer deal at this price. Also, that branding only shows on Desktop, but on mobile it was nothing obvious--only a little chat icon with flashing classy "J" once a while. Anyway, in their help documents, there is a guide on how to manually remove/custom label. So with the workaround it could help with the branding issue that people are having also.

Nonetheless, I have a few feedbacks:
1) Invite-teammate process has a little glitch. Both default and manually created password to invite a new teammate do not work. We did test 3 times. And we had to "forgot" password to sign in the first time.
2) Currency only has "$" USD available. Could you add other currencies into the system please? Or let us input the currency manually. For my case, I would love ฿ (THB).
3) I would love an integration with LINE chatapp.
4) Integrations with chatbot such as BotStar/Botbaba etc.
