I was about to buy it!! They it when down??? even here when I'm asking a question it says "deal ends in 4 days". But there was no timer or quantity slider! What happened?? I still would like to buy your lifetime deal.
Hello, I sent a email too because I was suprised since it's written that the deal ends in 11 days. I got this answer: "Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. There was a 7-day countdown timer on the deal and then they extended it for 3 days. So in total it was 10 days notice. Also, we have nothing to do with how AppSumo operates. The deal is over unfortunately, it was a one-time thing for us,".
I don't know Appsumo (I sent an email 3 days ago, got no answer on what will happen but on their first email they did say that the sales had ended) does not respond. But I got an answer from Kyle and he said that it was over. You can still contact him though since they are still having a lifetime deal on their website and if you wanted an higher tier, I am sure they might have a bundle offer.
Hi everyone, sorry for the delay. There was a 7-day countdown timer and then another 3-day extension for Plus members. I was monitoring very closely and saw the countdown timer the entire time. I don't have any control over how AppSumo handles the countdown but I did see it myself and was checking daily at the time. In the future for a faster response email me at hello@jobboardly.com
I just want to say... It was wrong for AppSumo to end this deal days before it was scheduled to end AND THEN not address it, correct it, OR make amends. 😕
I operate in a super niche section of gig work and I'm expecting all jobs to have to be manually created and maintained. I read in another question that you don't have plans to offer employer logins, so what is the recommended way to create the jobs? What about if the job needs to be edited or expired? Are these things the employers can do themselves or would they have to send me the details and I make the updates?
Another question, when someone wants to apply for a job, what happens? I wouldn't expect any of my potential employers to have an applicant tracking system, so is it possible to drive the applicant to a form and email the form data to them?
A: Hi there! Employers get a magic link to manage their job posts where they can view clicks, edit and remove the job post if they need to. It's kind of like a login on a per job post basis, just a magic link instead of a traditional login. They do not need to email you for updates, they can manage it themselves.
Employers can use any link they want for the job post. It can be to an ATS, a form...
So, about Company Listings - someone else asked and you responded....but I didn't get the answer in the depth I want.
1. Is it possible to add particular Companies so that the software extracts only from these companies?
1.1. Also, if yes - how - do we need their company URL for their job listings or can we search for and add companies similar to the job titles - i.e. software developer?
2. Additionally, I looked through the job boards of other folks, and there are jobs listed in their sites that are 10 years old. How do we limit these ancient imports - considering that credits are being used?
3. Is the RSS feed for our job site or there's an RSS functionality for importing from the RSS feeds of other sites?
A: 1. Is it possible to add particular Companies so that the software extracts only from these companies?
Yes, you can do this using the Magic Aggregator but only for the specific Applicant Tracking Systems that we support. We hope to add more eventually but you can find the full list of supported ATS in our help docs.
