A: Yes! Adzuna is brand new! We just shipped it last week so it's still in BETA but available currently on all accounts to try it out.

Since this feature is still in BETA there are still some things being worked out so I don't have all the answers yet but here's what I can tell you about it:

Adzuna is an jobs ad network. Essentially you can opt-in and your board will show a certain number of Adzuna jobs. For these jobs you will be paid per click on a rev-share. Their bidding system is completely dynamic so we can't tell you how much each click is worth as only Adzuna decided that and it varies from job to job based on a variety of factors. For example, you might get paid $0.05 for one click and $0.10 for another.

Using the Adzuna network does NOT cost any credits. In fact, you get jobs for free from them. So essentially it's additional jobs on your board that you actually get paid to backfill.
