A: 1. Is it possible to add particular Companies so that the software extracts only from these companies?

Yes, you can do this using the Magic Aggregator but only for the specific Applicant Tracking Systems that we support. We hope to add more eventually but you can find the full list of supported ATS in our help docs.

1.1. Also, if yes - how - do we need their company URL for their job listings or can we search for and add companies similar to the job titles - i.e. software developer?

You can do both actually. Using the Magic Aggregator you use the company URL and using the Turbo Backfiller you can do it based on job title.

2. Additionally, I looked through the job boards of other folks, and there are jobs listed in their sites that are 10 years old. How do we limit these ancient imports - considering that credits are being used?

This is a fairly rare occurrence but can happen. It generally only happens when a company reposts jobs over and over again. So what you're seeing is an old job post that the company has been reposting for years. It has to do with how certain ATSs format reposted jobs. Outside of those edge cases we do our best to exclude any old jobs.

3. Is the RSS feed for our job site or there's an RSS functionality for importing from the RSS feeds of other sites?

RSS is for exporting your jobs elsewhere but we're working on an XML importer which will be ready soon.
