I tested the tool, and my experience was not good. The job search for Turbo Backfiller did not bring up the job title I wanted. Most of the jobs were expired. The user cannot search by city; they have to go to the end of the website to see a list of available cities. There are a lot to be improved. This is not the right tool for me right now. It seems that it is half-baked. I could not find chat support or any type of live support at all. I should have waited for a review before buying. I have already asked for a refund.

Oct 22, 2024Hey so sorry to hear it didn't meet your needs! Our goal is that between the Turbo Backfiller, Magic Aggregator and other backfilling tools we can satisfy most niches but perhaps in this case it fell short.
Locations are supported in the filters -- there is a drop-down with locations in the filter. Users can find them there as well as in the footer.
Sorry you had trouble finding the help/support section. The Help tab can be found in the top right corner under the profile icon. This will open support widget with email and docs.
