Q: What exactly is a weekly motion quota? What constitutes as a motion?
I still have the Blue credits in the top right corner at 170 credits, BUT i cannot generate any more videos because it says in my "Weekly Motion Quota" that i have used 21 out of 35 credits and that my reset time is in 6 days. LOL I already used it up in 20 minutes of a new week LOL.
Not sure why this is super limiting after investing a lot into the AppSumo Tiers.
Q: Will you be listening to user feedback on Discord or just ban users?
We have seen that you have banned several AppSumo users from the Discord support channel. I have never seen a product ban people for providing feedback with issues on a product. What other ways will you listen to users without banning us?
I bought Tier 4, but I can't use half of my credits. I don't know where to contact Jogg AI. This is only what I receive on their website..."This is what I get: You've reached the weekly limit of 50 motion generations. Please try again next week."
No, please avoid this product. They have limited so much that you cannot really do anything unless you pay their high subscription fees. Avoid this product for your own sake.

So, it seems you’ve decided not to provide VEO3 access to your AppSumo users—the same users who gave positive feedback across platforms and helped make your tool one of the best out there. And in return, what do we get?
Could you please remove the weekly limit of 35 video generations (equal to 35 credits)? Why can’t we use our credits freely? We paid for this tool, and there was no such restriction mentioned when you launched on AppSumo.
I kindly request you to remove this limit, and I’d appreciate support for this message.
they will not... at the end of the month.. even if you have 250 credit left... you will not be able to use it due to weekly credit limits. They ban you from discord if you ask about VEO3 access for 3 times during four days of period. (happened to me). They announced VEO no access to LTD users after the deal period was over.. my VEO query was pending during a month in their chat for this.
could not agree more. exactly my main issue with jogg ai right now. the moment any tool pickup they change our appsumo deals just how they want and ignore our commitment. i am starting to lose trust in lifetime deals. its better to buy the monthly plans.
i agree with you i am hating the bait and switch tactics. Jogg AI is now untrustworthy. they should do what they promised if they want to make it right and gain trust.
M.KH They did the same thing to me and other users. Like a “great” company, they use fascist methods if you point out that they are not honoring their agreements. On Discord, they block you and take away your right to speak, even if you use polite language. This is who they really are!
The real issue lies with AppSumo. They need to be clear with both companies and users—either restrict companies from changing or removing the plans they offer, or inform users upfront that any company can revoke their deal at any time before purchase. Let’s see how many people will still buy lifetime deals under these conditions.
