Q: A little info about your company and roadmap please
1. Do you plan to add paywalls to your product so that LTD members would need to "upgrade" or buy more "credits" to use enhanced features not currently shared in the LTD - basically new features wouldn't be mapped they would require more credits/money to use?
2. How long has your company been around? Reason we ask is sometimes very cool products don't have a long shelf life even with the most well-intended, they go bust and leave buyers holding the bag so to speak.
3. How is your support like for LTD members? What can we expect?

Have no clue what "support for regular users means" most people say we try to reply to support in 24-48 hours, etc. If you never used the product before you really have no context on support... Reason I asked is, I saw many 1-3 tacos on here complaining about the support--Has it improved? That support was slow for many many days... If we're buying Tier 4 we'd like a clearer idea. Thanks again.
