Q: BrandKit?
Hi team, I have two questions please:
1. Shouldn't the BrandKit be a fundamental feature in all tiers to add logos and colours etc to customise? Could you please consider offering some level of brand customisation for all initial tiers?
2. I understand it is a workspace, can we add one extra user in the Tier 1 or 2 plan?

Dec 3, 2024A: 1. We studied and followed the pricing model of some competitors like Heygen, where the brand kit sits in higher tiers (Team Plan).
2. Sorry, multiple seats are only available in the Team Plan (Tier 4 & 5).
If you’re just starting out or a solo creator:
Tier 1 to Tier 3 (Starter & Creator Plans) really does have everything you need to create AI videos.
