Hi, I've tried uploading my video several times from the US. I always have this error - it stop at 99% then this appeared (https://i.ibb.co/mvbBJyC/image.png) while uploading my recording to create an avatar with or without VPN. (Note that I can create an avatar via webcam). I have my PC hardlined to my router, so I'm pretty sure it's not network error. The support just point as the error and said, hey, it's network error. Not helpful. This file is around 250MB. Is there limitation in video file size at all?
