Hello, I am ready to purchase your Tier 3. I have a question.
1. How many devices can I log in at the same time?
2. Are there features available for managing team members? If so, let me know the limit.
3. If you don't have a team feature yet, will I get the team features when you upgrade your software's features?
4. If you want to add team features I recommend you as similar as Canva's Team features.
As entrepreneurs, it's essential that we have access to team features or unlimited device login permissions. Then I think you will get a huge sale. I think you may know that 99.9% of AppSumo customers are entrepreneurs.
I eagerly await your prompt response, as it will guide my decision to purchase Tier 3 as soon as possible.

Nov 13, 2024A: 1. For Tier 3, you can currently log in on only one device at a time. This is because we offer unlimited video creations, and allowing multiple logins could lead to misuse.
2. We don't have team features available right now, but we're working on it. There won't be a limit on team members. For Tier 3, we will provide one seat. You will need to purchase additional seats if needed. The specific commercialization details are still being developed.
3. If we introduce team features, they will definitely be available to both regular recurring users and LTD users.

Glad we got past the innuendos and vague responses. So Tier 3 .. will not be getting additional seats. I was holding on to find out if Tier 3 was worth holding on to. Could have been clearer on this a lot earlier.

I guess it was not listed as having that .. My issue was them giving the impression that we would benefit as LTDs when multi seats was available.. clearly not the case. I am only moaning on here as trying to influence in the Q&A has been a problem before. I agree though that leaving out device/seats is a mistake on here.
