Q: For the quota: I've paid a tier 4/400 credits but allowed to use only 200, which is less than a Tier 3. Am I wrong?

Hello, I purchased Jogg AI tier 3, then upgraded to tier 4, JUST to get more credits.
Now with 3 seats, we're just starting to use Jogg. The quota is 50 per week. So, each month, we will be able to use 200 credits out of our 400, which is less than Tier 3 credits.

We're actually using the image-to-video feature. The max duration per generation is 10 secs. This means that we will be able to generate a max of 8 mn 30 secs of video per week with this feature, if we ONLY use this feature, otherwise it will be less. Question: Are you trying to crash shorts YouTube channels?

I saw your answer stating that unused credits are returned to the pool and therefore never lost. But never lost for whom? Because those who purchased them are not the ones using them. Why isn't the total credit divided into weeks? I've purchased 400 credits, not 200.

A: The weekly quota refers to the limit on motion usage. The number of credits consumed per motion depends on the model you choose, but generally, it costs about 2 credits to create one motion. So, with your 400 non-video credits per month, you should be able to use them up effectively.

Currently, the Image to Video feature allows you to create videos up to 10 seconds long. It's primarily an AI tool that helps you generate video material. If you need longer videos, we recommend using other features (like Avatar Video and Pro Editor) in combination. For Tier 4 users, you can create unlimited videos up to 30 minutes long using AvatarLite video. Thank you for your understanding.

The avatarLite is unlimited. But we need first to create the motion of the avatar. And most of the time, we need to regenerate the avatar several times to find the right motion for the text. So just 1 avatar motion take more than 2 credits (for us it takes 6 to 12 credits). So using avatarlite cost us more credits. In team, it's worse. It's a good product, but the credit system isn't for team.
