I read several reviews and I looked at the resources that you provide for tier one through five. It's not very clear to me what some of the verbiage means. For example you talk about five credits for FAST video. But you don't explain how much a video cost how many credits is this going to cost? You don't explain what is the video if it's not a fast video you don't Define what a fast video is. There's a lot of stuff in your description that is very vague. Or you say things as if all potential customers know what these specs mean. You're not explaining this. You you say that this is a platform this is a tool that's user friendly that doesn't require tech knowledge or being tech savvy but you're talking to your potential customers without explaining anything. I want to see samples to check the quality of the output. List all features
