I also facing the same problem. My video has been rendering for over 8 hours but it is saying it will be queued for 180 minutes. This is not a good first impression. Jogg Ai is promoting their product heavily and but not quick to deal with technical issues within their app. it looks like they are taking on more clients than they can handle
