2) To create a personal avatar I have to be infront of the computer yes? Can I have someone send me a file (video) of voice and face that can be uploaded to create avitar?
Also looking to purchase Tier 3 - something wrong with card processing ApSumo end - have emailed in the special offer time but no substantive rely yet and special promo time has finished - missed the promo bugga!

1. Our templates are continuously expanding, and we aim to include templates for various industries. Real estate could be one of the categories we add, and we'll evaluate based on user demand.
2. When creating an Instant Avatar, you can upload a video with voice and face. However, we require a recorded authorization video from you to match and verify the uploaded video, ensuring it's authorized.
