I purchased Tier 4 of Jogg AI on AppSumo because it promised unlimited videos. This promise has not been honored.

I specifically used AvatarLite lip-sync videos because they were advertised as unlimited. However, when I try to render videos, I only receive this error: “Consumer handle task timeout: Failed. Try Again.” Despite still having plenty of credits, I cannot actually use the product as advertised.

This has wasted a huge amount of my time and is extremely discouraging as a customer. Jogg AI is not delivering what was clearly promised on the AppSumo deal page, and I hope AppSumo will address this issue to protect buyers from misleading offers.
