I purchased JoggAI License Tier 5 on AppSumo.
I invested in the highest tier because of the explicit promises made in the Deal Terms(Stated in the INVOICE):

"All future Starter (Tiers 1-2), Creator (Tier 3), or Team (Tiers 4-5) Plan updates"

"If Plan name changes, deal will be mapped to the new Plan name with all accompanying updates" "Unlimited Video credits per month"

However, JoggAI is now actively violating these exact terms:
Breach of "All Future Updates": Instead of updating the baseline video quality to reflect current AI industry standards, JoggAI created a separate "Premium Model Plan" (Seedance 2.5, HappyHorse, etc.) and locked it behind a steep paywall.

Fake / Deceptive BYOK: The UI advertises "Use your own API key," but in reality, users are only permitted to connect Veo 3.

We cannot connect Kling, Runway, Seedance, or any other leading engine keys. This forces us to buy JoggAI’s proprietary credits at an outrageous price ($180 for 120 credits) even after a 50% LTD discount.

Erosion of "Unlimited Video Credits": Dividing video creation into "unusable/robotic default video" vs. "premium video" completely breaks the promise of "Unlimited Video credits per month" for Tier 5 backers.

AppSumo and JoggAI must address this immediately:Allow Full, Unrestricted BYOK for all supported external video/audio models so Tier 5 owners can use their own API keys without forced credit top-ups. Provide a recurring monthly allocation of Premium Credits for Tier 5 holders to comply with the "All future updates" guarantee. Substantially improve the default lip-sync and rendering quality of the unlimited tier.

"If JoggAI genuinely cannot include these premium models due to third-party API costs, then at the very least, you must fully open unrestricted BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) across all models, allowing users to cover the raw API expenses out of our own pockets instead of forcing us to buy your overpriced internal credits!"

I urge AppSumo management to review JoggAI's breach of deal terms and protect early high-tier backers who trusted this platform.
