Jogg.ai cannot survive unless the owner gets more support staff. It's too bad, because it has so much potential.
In more than 12 hours on the program I have been able to render and download one video. The video was good, not great.
I got support to help with the rendering but they didn't fix the fact my media freezes during upload and stays stuck.
Another day wasted. Second support ticket unanswered.
I bought tier 3 to see if there would be an improvement...... but no. If the program actually worked, it would be worth the price in the long run. But I feel I have to refund.
