Limitations regarding having credits
I seriously couldn't believe what I read.
I still have over 130 credits left and then I get this message:
"You've reached the weekly limit of 10 motion generations. Please try again next week."
WHAT? Didn't I pay to be able to decide WHEN to use my credits? I need to create videos now and not next week.
I thought I paid for that?
In that case, I don't see any difference from a free account.
The generation-speed improvement only being tied to upgrading your account increases this impression.
Furthermore, generating videos with non-human faces presents difficulties, and I tried several approaches to get better results.
As a side-note: I compared it with HeyGen, and HeyGen had no problem with the same avatar.
I hope that this is not intended and that the avatars will be improved.
## Update 25.01.26
You chose these constraints, yet you sold a credit amount without clearly mentioning these hidden weekly limitations upfront. Why offer a high volume of credits if you know your infrastructure is not "sustainable" enough to let users actually utilize them?
Forcing paying customers to "come back next week" is not a workable solution for professional workflows. I need to produce content when the project demands it, not when your weekly timer resets.
I frankly don't believe the "fair and stable generation" excuse. If blocking the cluster was the real issue, the standard industry solution would be a queue system (time-delayed generation), not a hard lockout.
This appears to be a design choice to cut costs, hoping that Sumolings won't actually use the credits they paid for. While that might be "sustainable" for you, it leaves me with a product I cannot reliably use.
I would happily update my review, but right now I feel tricked into buying a product that operates more like a restrictive freemium model than a paid LTD.

Nov 5, 2025Hi. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
Weekly Motion allowance & Concurrent limit
To honor a lifetime deal, we must also build a lifetime company. That means balancing the high costs of advanced AI while keeping the platform stable and fair for everyone.
● The weekly Motion allowance simply spreads your monthly Motion budget evenly across four weeks. Any unused weekly Motions roll back into the monthly pool, so nothing is ever “lost.”
● The one-render-at-a-time safeguard ensures a handful of long jobs don’t block the cluster, keeping turnaround times predictable for all.
These operational measures are visible inside the dashboard and do not affect unlimited AvatarLite video generation.
Our features currently focus on human face animation, and we’re continuously improving support for non-human faces. You can try using the AvatarX model to animate non-human faces for better results. And we’ll keep optimizing to bring you an even smoother and more enjoyable experience.
Thank you again for your understanding and continued support. We remain committed to transparency, sustainability, and building JoggAI for the long run. Please check more details here: https://intercom.help/JoggAI/en/articles/12066050-ltd-user-product-instructions-for-joggai
